I. INFORMATION REGARDING THE WEBSITE’S PRIVACY POLICY

This notice describes the methods for managing the LineaSki website with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

Pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, the data processor responsible for the technical management and web content of the website is Industrie Creative S.r.l.s.

Data processing is carried out at the headquarters of LineaSki, Via Repubblica 3, Olgiate Comasco (CO).
Data related to digital services (e.g., newsletters) may also be processed at the data processor’s offices or by authorized third parties.
